Luoshengyuan, a customs officer of the Finance Department of Pingxiang customs under Nanning customs, said that the goods destroyed were infringing goods seized by Youyi customs and Pingxiang customs under Nanning customs in land, railway and other freight channels. The goods were of rough workmanship, poor quality and no quality certification. The Customs has entrusted enterprises with environmental protection qualifications to take harmless treatment of infringing goods by means of dismantling, crushing and landfilling.

It is reported that since this year, the Youyi customs and Pingxiang customs subordinate to Nanning customs have actively carried out the special action of intellectual property customs protection "Longteng action 2022" to continuously improve the pertinence and effectiveness of combating infringement. The customs reminds: according to Article 91 of the Customs Law of the people's Republic of China, if anyone imports or exports goods that infringe the intellectual property rights protected by the laws and administrative regulations of the people's Republic of China in violation of the provisions of this law, the customs shall confiscate the infringing goods according to law and impose a fine; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
